Peter Boudart is one of the founding partners of Lerman, Boudart & Associates, LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mr. Boudart has over 20 years of experience evaluating significant business decisions concerning capital expenditures, cash management, cost and pricing analysis, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, asset management and financing alternatives. He is also experienced in insurance and insurance claims, and combined corporate and personal tax planning. His client base consists of manufacturing, distribution, medical service, real estate, professional sports management, retail, and the veterinary field.

Peter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Stuart Gilman is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Stuart has a Masters in Taxation from DePaul University.

Mr. Gilman coordinates all tax planning for the clients at Lerman, Boudart, and Associates, LLP. Stuart is prominently known within the Chicagoland area for his expertise and representations in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Revenue. He designs and implements pension and profit sharing plans, and creates and administers estate plans. Stuart assists clients with merger and acquisition activities and the treatment of complex gains on the sale of those entities.

Stuart is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Gilman currently presents seminars for various professional associations and civic organizations.
